Absolut Unique Bottling Creates 4 Million Unique One Off Bottles For The Travel Retail Market.

Absolut's periodical limited bottling's have given in the past a studded leather Gaultier designed bottle cover to commemorate uniqueness, a mirror encrusted bottle for disco, a fluffy red fur covered bottle to evoke eroticicism, and bright yellow bottles to commemorate Selfridges 100th anniversary.  So it's no understatement to say awaiting what Absolut will release next is always quite interesting.

This time they have decided to forgo the usual collaboration, and create something which is both exceptionally widely available, and also one of a kind, if this seems somewhat contradictory, read on.

Essentially they have put out onto the travel retails market a series of some 4 million bottlings, each of which has been created with a special splatter gun machine technique, mixing 35 paints and 51 patterns to create 4 million unique bottles.  A difficult concept to get ones head around, it is better to click play on the video below to learn more.

The bottles are available today, and will be also available from Harvey Nichols if you don't plan on travelling before they sell out, and they will be priced at a very slight premium above the normal Absolut 70cl bottle price at £21.50.
