Tumi Tegra Lite Bullet Proof Briefcase.

New from Tumi as part of their "tegra-liye" range comes a product, which although it is not Bond themed, nor is it's conveniently timed release designed to coincide with the release of skyfall, it probably should be, as this is straight out of the pages of a Bond novel or film

Tumi have used the polypropylene technology they patented in creating the tegra-lite product in order to produce an ultra hard Briefcase which is Bulletproof.  They have expanded the bonding process to include some sixty five layers of polypropylene, thereby providing not only a Bulletproof case capable of stopping .38 caliber rounds at point blank range, but rather more significantly, a Bulletproof Briefcase not made from market leader kevlar's material.

The case is aimed at the prosumer market, being something an executive wanting something different or a superspy might splash out on, with a false bottom, presumably for your sniper rifle, and a special iPad pocket for, er . . ., your iPad.

It is however neither light nor cheap, weighing 6kg without anything even being inside it, fill that up with all those secret service memos, and you will probably be carrying some 10 kilos plus around, not fun on the daily commute, but then again, if you are able to easily afford the £4000 asking price, you probably have someone to carry it for you.
