For Spring/Summer 2013 Louis Vuitton have collaborated with three artists to produce Graffiti scarves, rather than what may be expected, for when the words "graffiti scarves" and "Louis Vuitton" are heard together, instantly what is assumed is the next words to be heard will be "Steven Sprouse", as the Steven Sprouse Graffiti bags, scarves and accessories have been a huge part of Louis Vuittons line up for the last five years, however, these new scarves are entirely unique.
Working with the Japanese Artist Aiko, Brazilian brothers Os Gemeos, and American graffiti-slash writer Retna, the scarves are a fresh, psychedelic mix of Kanji characters, Egyptian Hieroglyphics, callipgraphy, suns, moons and chrysanthemums.
The scarves will be available from April, and will cost £380 each, all are made from 100% silk.
