Expanding on the Diamond Tears headphones born from Monsters latest collaboration, this time with Korean Artist Sally John, the brand have created a very special edition version of the phones, one which fuses both art, and precious metal with gemstones, into one, very special piece.
The headphones have all the same acoustic expertise of the diamond tears, but add an 18k yellow gold shell, and a hand crafter solid gold spider design, which is encrusted with 5.56 carats of black diamond, this museum quality work took some 100 hours to complete, and looking at the detail, it is obvious how.
However, there is always a bitter pill to swallow, and in this case it is the price, these one off headphones unfortunately cost £23,000, so you probably won't be wearing them on the tube for the daily commute.
