Not so much a commemoration, nor a celebration, and it cant really be called an "homage" either, but new from Bamford & Sons watch department comes a series of limited edition customised Rolex's which, at the very least give a nod, to the days when Rolex and Asprey had a special relationship, and Rolex produced Asprey branded watches that were sold exclusively in Asprey's Bond Street store.
The link is pretty tenuous at best, for example, the originals had the Asprey logo discreetly engraved on the back, whereas these have the logo writ large across the dial, nevertheless, what we have here are three very nice watches, 50 Submariners with a black dial, purple indicies, a black ceramic bezel with purple numerals, purple hands and all coated in black PVD for £15,000 each, 25 Milgausses, featuring a Asprey purple dial, Purple indices, and purple infilled hands for £16,800, and 12 Daytonas with a specially customised black and Asprey purple dial, for £24,000.
All model as can be clearly seen from the images feature the Asprey logo on the Dial, and are available now from Asprey's Bond Street store exclusively.
I accidentally viewed your blog and I was so amazed with your work that it touched the deepness of my heart and it made me sentimental. Thanks for posting. Visit my site to buy replica rolex watches
