The Macallan Collaborate With Oakley To Produce "The Flask".

People may wonder quite how Oakley, a brand associated with skateboarding and surfing, and perhaps rock climbing, and The Macallan, venerated and renowned whisky producer, might go about collaborating, and what sort of fruit quite such a collaboration might bear, well, wonder no longer, for these two giants of their respective worlds have come together to produce and indestructible, carbon fibre, whisky flask.

A laser welded food grade steel inner is wrapped in carbon fibre composite, before being housed in black anodised 5-axis machined aerospace grade Aluminium, with a rubberised non skid bottom, and a small air vent on the side of the funnel, all topped off with a double sprung cap, to allow for effortless drinking, finally the machined aluminium funnel, allows for smooth opening and closing, and easy drinking.

And it really is indestructable, if you don't believe their claims, view the video below, it shows a battery of tests to prove it, and also mysteriously seems to advocate drinking while driving, but lets all just ignore that.  The flask, sorry "The Flask" is available now in a limited quantity of 500 pieces worldwide and costs £680 per piece.
